Initially, TASC meets with the new client to explore its goals and objectives, structure, services, and constituency. By reviewing the client’s literature and through discussions with the client, TASC determines the message the client wishes to convey, the target audiences, and the most appropriate mechanisms for reaching them. TASC then develops a comprehensive strategy for meeting the client’s specific goals.

Throughout the consultation period, TASC provides frequent progress reports to ensure that all arrangements meet with the client’s approval and to respond to any changes in the client’s objectives. While TASC does not hesitate to offer advice, the preferences, opinions, and intuition of the client are given the utmost respect. All major decisions are ultimately made by the client.
